Blissful Bodywork
workshops for seniors
 
is a new offering to our community.
We provide high quality interactive workshops for seniors in residential communities.
 
Blissful Bodywork offers a two hour interactive workshop on
  • simple self massage techniques for increased circulation, flexibility and stress reduction. 
  • Included in the workshop is a chair massage for each participant.

Our program has been very well received, the hands on work beneficial and appreciated. We find the residents enjoy themselves, become engaged and more social, creating a sense of community. 
 
Due to the wonderful feedback we have received, we have added three additional workshops for you to choose from.

  • Easy to learn breathing techniques for quieting the mind, refreshing the body and relaxing into sleep, along with chair massage.
 
  • Simple stretches, chair yoga & chair massage.
 
  • Reflexology (foot massage) the history behind it & a short reflexology session for each participant

  • The workshop is $150.00 for two hours (approx 12 people)
